Primary antibodies

Clone: A21-Y
Cat#: 10091
Kappa light chains are polypeptide chains located in cell membrane and cytoplasmic regions of normal B cells and plasma cells. This antibody is reportedly useful in identification of leukemias, plasmacytomas, and other B-cell non- Hodgkin's lymphomas.
10091
Fixed-embedded human tonsil
Clone: B56
Cat#: 10032
10032
Fixed-embedded human lymph node
Clone: SP6
Cat#: 10080
Ki-67 is expressed in the proliferating cells preferentially during late G1-, S-, M-, and G2- phases of the cell cycle, while cells in the G0 (quiescent) phase are negative for this protein.
10080
Fixed-embedded human lymph node
Clone: K22-Y
Cat#: 10092
Clone: LcN-2
Cat#: 10131
Lambda light chains are polypeptide chains located in the cell membrane and cytoplasmic regions of normal B cells and plasma cells. This antibody is reportedly useful in identification of leukemias, plasmacytomas, and other B cell non- Hodgkin's lymphomas.
10131
Fixed-embedded human tonsil
Clone: A19-P
Cat#: DB 050
Clone: M2-9E3
Cat#: 10133
Melan A is a melanocyte differentiation antigen. It is present in melanocytes of normal skin and retina, nevi and in more than 85% of melanomas. Very useful in establishing the diagnosis of metastatic melanomas.
10133
Fixed-embedded human melanoma
Clone: HMB45
Cat#: 10120
Clone: P14-V
Cat#: DB 049
Expression of gp100 antigen is characteristic of junctional activity and malignant melanoma. This antibody is useful for assessment of malignant melanoma, metastatic amelanotic melanoma.
DB 049
Fixed-embedded human melanoma
Clone: 3/G11
Cat#: 10033
3/G11 reacts on mGluR protein, which is present in brain, heart, kidneys and also in melanomas from mutant mouse melanocytes. Two types of glutamate receptors exist: ionotropic, and metabotropic receptors. Metabotropic receptors are G-protein coupled receptors, which can activate phospholipases or adenylyf -cyclases, depending on the neuron.
10033
Fixed-embedded rat brain
Clone: G168-728
Cat#: 10070
MLH1 is a mismatch repair gene that is deficient in a high proportion of patients with microsatellite instability (MSI-H). This finding is associated with the autosomal dominant condition known as Hereditary Non-Polyposis Colon Cancer (HNPCC). The anti-MLH1 antibody is useful in screening patients and families for this condition. Colon cancers that are microsatellite unstable have a better prognosis than their microsatellite stable counterparts.
10070
Fixed-embedded human colon cancer
Clone: 25D12
Cat#: 10071
MSH2 protein is involved in the initial recognition of mismatched nucleotides during the post replication mismatch repair process. Loss of MSH2 function leads to the accumulation of replication errors, which in turn may be responsible for the multiple mutations required for multistage carcinogenesis.
10071
Fixed-embedded human colon cancer
Clone: F5D
Cat#: 10134
Myogenin is a nuclear antigen of myoblasts in developing muscle tissue, and is expressed in tumor cell nuclei of rhabdomyosarcoma and some leiomyosarcomas. Positive nuclear staining may occur in Wilm's tumor. Negative in Ewing sarcomas.
Clone: KCG1.1
Cat#: 10082
Napsin A is a 35.0 kDa molecular weight aspartic proteinase which is expressed in the lung and involved in processing surfactant protein B (SP-B). It is also expressed in the kidney. This antibody may be a useful tool as a tumor marker for prima ry lung adenocarcinoma. Napsin expression correlates with the differentiation grade of lung adenocarcinoma.
10082
Fixed-embedded human lung adenocarcinoma
Clone: NX2/294
Cat#: 10135
NKX2.2 is a transcriptic factor during the neuroendocrine and glial differentation. useful for diagnosis of Ewing sarcoma.
Clone: R19-D
Cat#: DB 152
P16 plays an important role in cell cycle regulation by decelerating cells progression from G1 phase to S phase, and therefore acts as a tumor suppressor. Hypermethylation, mutation, or deletion of p16 leads to downregulation of the gene and can lead to cancer through the dysregulation of cell cycle progression. Double staining with Ki-67 can provide insight into cell cycle status.
DB 152
Fixed-embedded human cervix cancer
Clone: SX53G8
Cat#: 10136
p27 is a cyclin dependent kinase, which regulates the G1-S phase transition. Its negativity is the attribute of oncogenesis and tumor progression.
Clone: BP53-12
Cat#: 10137
Clone: DO-7
Cat#: 10076
P53 is a tumor suppressor protein. This antibody recognizes a 53 kDa phosphoprotein, identified as p53 suppressor gene productIt reacts with the mutant as well as wild form of p53. Positive nuclear staining with this a ntibody has been shown to be a negative prognostic factor in breast, lung, colorectal, and urothelial carcinoma.
10076
Fixed-embedded human colon cancer
Clone: 4A4
Cat#: 10077
